MaineMom provides a team approach to care (including a perinatal provider, substance use counselor, patient navigator, nurse case manager, recovery coach and perinatal provider). They also offer coordination of care, a treatment plan for counseling and recovery, and referrals to outside providers that one might need during or after pregnancy.
